`Project Runway' winner has designs on Emmy Awards

LOS ANGELES �

It has the makings of a reality show: both "Project Runway" winner Christian Siriano and "The Hills" star Lauren Conrad ar creating gowns for this month's Emmy Awards.


Siriano's survival as designer for one of the so-called "prize girls" world Health Organization hand over Emmy statues to presenters was announced Monday. The TV academy previously aforesaid that aforesaid Conrad, who's started her own clothing line, volition be bandaging a trophy bearer.


Siriano was the victorious designer on last season's "Project Runway."


"It has been so inspiring watching the Emmys every year to see wHO is sledding to be the most fabulous diva at the show. ... It will be such an experience beholding my possess creation on stage," he said in a statement.


Siriano will get "Project Runway" company, with the show's Heidi Klum serving as one of five reality show hosts who are to master of ceremonies the awards. All basketball team are nominated in a new category recognizing their work.


Besides Klum, they admit Tom Bergeron of "Dancing With the Stars"; Ryan Seacrest of "American Idol"; Howie Mandel of "Deal or No Deal" and Jeff Probst of "Survivor."


The 60th Primetime Emmy Awards are arrange to air Sept. 21 on ABC.
